Streaming statistics update

The Sawmill streaming stats interface is back online. However, we have decided that Sawmill must become an optional, paid addon. The reason? Sawmill is a very expensive system (We have a few hundred streaming accounts, and for reference, our costs for Sawmill Enterprise with 500 profiles is $8,699.00).

On top of that, we have the associated server hardware, bandwidth and improved backup facilities required to avoid any future problems, so we simply have to begin charging for Sawmill.

You must be on one of the newer streaming plans, not a grandfathered plan, to sign up for sawmill stats. See this announcement for information about the new streaming plans which were implemented in March, 2008.

Sawmill will be a $5.00/month addon to streaming plans. To add Sawmill statistics to your streaming, please follow the steps outlined in this knowledgebase article.
