Change to suspension and termination schedule

Effective January 1st, 2009, we will be changing our policies for service suspension and termination.

The new policy will be:

Suspension: 14 days past due (two weeks)
Termination: 21 days past due (three weeks)

The current policy is:

Suspension: 30 days past due
Termination: 45 days past due
