How do I cancel service?

In order to cancel service with us, we need to verify that you are the owner of the services being canceled.

To that end, we have a simple online process for you to follow:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click the "Manage Your Services" link under "Account Manager" on the left side of the page.

3. Click the "MANAGE" button to the right of the service you wish to cancel.

4. Click the "Cancel Service" button at the top or bottom of the service details page.

5. Fill out your cancellation reason and submit by clicking the "Cancel Service" button.

Perform the above steps for each service you have with us that you wish to cancel.

Afterward, if you also have any domain names registered with us that you do not wish to renew, please set it to not auto-renew - otherwise our customer service system will automatically generate a domain renewal invoice 10 days before expiration.

NOTE: Cancellation requests are for immediate cancellation. Do not request cancellation until you are ready to have service immediately terminated. In accordance with our terms of service, payment of service in advance is non-refundable beyond the initial 30-day money back guarantee period.
