To change your streaming bandwidth level, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account at http://www.mediaserve.com/clientarea.php
2. Click the "Manage your hosted services" link in the "Customer menu" on the left side of the page.
3. Click  to the right of your streaming service, to access the service details.
4. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade option button, and makes changes to options shown, which may include bandwidth level, storage and Sawmill statistics.
You will be invoiced for a prorated amount based on your streaming plan's renewal date. Once the invoice is paid, please allow up to 12 hours for the change to be made to your service.
