Web hosting, streaming and newsletter marketing plans have various options and/or upgrades available.
If you need to make changes or add options to your service, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the "Manage Your Services" link under "Account Manager" on the left side of the page.
3. Click the "View Details" button to the right of the service you wish to change, to access the service details.
4. To change your hosting plan to another, click the "Change Plan" button if displayed. (If not shown, there are no compatible plans to which you can change.)
5. To change options for your current plan, click the "Change Options" button if displayed. (If not shown, there are no options to change.)
Note that an open invoice for a service will prevent you from making changes. The invoice will need to be paid first, so please ensure you make any desired changes to your plan or options before your next invoice is generated.
