Yes, you may change your account details.

To do so, please log in to your account at http://www.mediaserve.com, using the login form at the top left area of the page (at the top of the left side menu.)

Once logged in, click the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of the page.

The MY ACCOUNT page shows a summary of your account, and features a link which reads "Update Your Details." Click this link and you can edit your account contact information.
