Yes, you may change your account details.

To do so, please log in to your account at http://www.mediaserve.com, by clicking the Account tab near the top of the page.

Once logged in, you'll see a "Customer" menu on the left side of the page. The second entry in the Customer menu is a link which reads Edit your account info.

Click this link, and you'll be presented with a page where you can change the name, company name, email address, physical address and phone number on your account.Additionally, across the top of the page you'll also find links to manage or add additional contacts on your account, change your credit card information, and change your password.
