If you have a domain name registered with MEDIASERVE, and need to request the epp code, (aka transfer authorization code), follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MEDIASERVE account.
2. Click the "Manage Your Domain Names" link under "Account Manager" on the left side of the page.
3. Click the "View Details" button to the right of the domain name for which you need the code.
4. Click the "Get EPP Code" button.
The email will be sent to the administrative contact listed in your domain whois information, not the email address on your MEDIASERVE account, so be sure that your domain name's contact information is up to date.
