Web hosting, streaming and newsletter marketing plans have various options and/or upgrades available, including things like disk storage, monthly bandwidth usage, concurrent streaming connections, monthly newsletter volume and others.

If you need to make changes or add options to your service, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account here.

2. Click the "Manage Your Services" link under "Account Manager" on the left side of the page.

3. Click the "View Details" button to the right of the service you wish to change, to access the service details.

4. To change your service plan to another, click the "Change Plan" button if displayed at the bottom of the page. (If not shown, there are no compatible plans to which you can change.)

5. To change options for your current plan, click the "Change Options" button if displayed. (If not shown, there are no options to change.)
