Web hosting, streaming and newsletter marketing plans have various options and/or upgrades available, including things like disk storage, monthly bandwidth usage, concurrent streaming connections, monthly newsletter volume and others.

If you need to make changes or add options to your service, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at http://www.mediaserve.com/clientarea.php

2. Under "Customer menu" on the left side of the page, click the "Manage your hosted services" link.

3. Click to the right of the service you wish to change, to access the service details.

4. To change your service plan to another, click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" button if displayed. (If not shown, there are no campatible plans to which you can change.)

5. To change options for your current plan, click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Options" button if displayed. (If not shown, there are no options to change.)
