Within Site Workbench, you can upload files when you are inserting images or creating links.
If you wish to insert an image, place your edit cursor at the location within the page where you want the image to be placed, and click the image button in the editor toolbar.
When the Image Properties windows displays, click the Browse Server button, and there you can create new folders and upload files (see the bottom of the Image Properties window.)
If you wish to upload a file, say a PDF document or an MP3, type some text on the page to serve as the link to the file, highlight the text, and click the link button in the editor toolbar.
There you can use the same Browse Server window to create folders and upload files.
When you site is published, the images and files you've uploaded and used in your pages will be published to your website.
