Yes, you can embed various types of code into a page with Site Workbench.
To do so, visit the Edit step and edit one of your pages.
Drag the Script icon from the right side of the interface onto the page where you want your code to be added.
Click the Properties link on the Script component which is now on your page, replace the default text with the script you want to embed, and click the OK button.
The script will not execute in preview mode. You will have to fully publish the site and then visit the published site to test the script.
