What do I do if I've forgotten my account login or password?

Every MEDIASERVE account is identified by a unique email address, and protected with a password.

If you know the email address on your account, but have forgotten the password, you may reset your password. You'll be asked to enter your email address, and your account password will be emailed to that address, provided the email address you enter is the primary email address on a MEDIASERVE account.

If you do not remember the email address on your account, you can open a support ticket and ask us to provide you with the correct email address.

It's important that you keep your account information up to date, especially if your email address changes. If the email address on your account is no longer valid, you have two options for recovering access to your account:

1. Open a support ticket and provide us with the last four digits of the credit card stored on your account, if applicable, and request that we change your email address. At that point you'll be able to use the password reminder as documented earlier in this article.

2. Fax a letter describing the situation, with as much detail, including your current email address, to (615) 465-8156, on your organization's letterhead if possible, and include a photo id of the account owner. We will review the document and contact you with further instructions.

Once you've successfully logged into your MEDIASERVE account, you can access the username and password of any hosted service by following the steps outlined in this knowledgebase article.
